Our Hanoi-based production hub serves as the core of our operations. It is equipped with an experienced merchandising (MD) team, an in-house pattern and sample room, and dedicated quality control (QC) specialists who manage each stage with precision. In addition to our own factory, we work with a carefully selected network of partner factories in the Hanoi region, allowing us to maintain flexibility, scalability, and dependable lead times while upholding consistent quality standards.

Founded on July 1, 2020, our factory is committed to delivering high product quality and strong productivity while maintaining a safe and healthy working environment for all employees.

Our Equipment

We maintain a fully integrated production environment equipped with a comprehensive range of advanced machinery to support diverse garment manufacturing requirements. Our facilities include pushing machines, seam sealing machines, straight cutting machines, and pattern sewing machines, complemented by a wide array of specialized equipment to ensure precision at every stage of production.

In addition, we leverage advanced technologies such as laser cutting, sublimation, screen printing, and elastic smocking to enhance product versatility and elevate finishing quality. Through the seamless integration of skilled craftsmanship and modern technology, we consistently deliver superior product quality, optimized efficiency, and scalable manufacturing solutions tailored to meet the evolving demands of our global partners.

Our Capacity

Factory & Land:

Our main factory occupies 3,400 square meters of land, with 2,000 square meters of built-up area including warehouse space. In addition, we operate two supplementary sewing line facilities and a separate unit for fabric cutting and storage, supporting efficient production across all sites.

Capacity:

Our annual production capacity is approximately 3 million pieces, with a daily output of 10,000 pieces and a monthly capacity of 250,000 pieces. Production is supported by a network of qualified subcontract factories, providing flexibility to handle larger orders and maintain on-time delivery.

Office, Teams & Products:

Our Hanoi office oversees sample development, pattern making, merchandising (M.D.), and quality control (Q.C.), ensuring smooth coordination from design to production. We produce a wide range of apparel, including tops, dresses, pants, jackets, jumpsuits, and various other garment styles to meet diverse client needs.

Materials:

We work with a broad selection of materials, including PU, denim, cotton, Tencel, polyester, linen, and other fabrics as required. All stages—from material handling and cutting to sewing and finishing—are carefully managed to ensure consistent quality across all products.
